STUDENT WELBEING SECTION

• Manage and coordinate student scholarship and loan applications
• Manage and coordinate the welfare of undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Manage the State Revolving Fund
• Manage the UPM Student Protection Fund (TPP)

STUDENT SPONSORSHIP/SCHOLARSHIP MANAGEMENT UNIT

• Manage applications and matters related to scholarships, sponsorships, and loans for undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Manage matters related to MOU/MOA with sponsors
• Assist in coordinating educational programmes and contributions/financial aid
• Arrange meetings between students and sponsors
• Conduct engagement sessions and implement student-related programmes with sponsors
• Manage and implement the SULUNG Programme

STUDENT WELFARE UNIT

• Provide student welfare services and assistance facilities
• Manage and coordinate the Student Welfare Fund (local and international) and the Student Protection Fund
• Manage matters related to the distribution of assistance and the safeguarding of student welfare
• Coordinate and implement programmes and initiatives related to student welfare
• Conduct engagement sessions and collaborations with sponsors
• Coordinate the distribution of student welfare contributions and assistance from sponsor
