SERVICES, LEADERSHIP & IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT SECTION

  • Coordinate the Student Representative Council (MPP) election process
  • Manage the participation of MPP members involved in external programmes outside UPM (government/private agencies and ad-hoc programmes)
  • Manage continuous programmes related to activities such as the Student Union Parliament, Campus Elections, MPP Induction Courses, Minda Putra sessions, and others
  • Manage student activity approvals and the e-merit system
  • Manage students’ financial claims

GLOBAL PROMINENCE AND EMPOWERMENT OF ASSOCIATIONS & CLUBS UNIT

  • Manage student associations and clubs, including the implementation of Annual General Meetings and activity reporting
  • Manage the implementation of the Student Organizational Strengthening Camp (KPO)
  • Manage the registration, amendment, and dissolution of associations and clubs
  • Manage the appointment of advisors for associations and clubs
  • Manage the e-merit system
  • Manage facilities and equipment loans at Astaka Seni
  • Manage and coordinate activities of the UPM International Student Association

TALENT DEVELOPMENT UNIT

  • Plan, implement, and monitor programmes for student talent development and recognition (innovation, culture, arts, and public speaking)
  • Formulate, develop, coordinate, and evaluate guidelines related to talent development
