ARTS, CULTURE & HERITAGE EMPOWERMENT SECTION

• Plan and implement the publication of documentation, articles, and journals related to arts and culture among students
• Plan student soft skills development through Arts, Culture, and Heritage activities
• Plan high-impact activities for the university and students in collaboration with the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural Centre
• Plan and monitor the development of campus arts, culture, and heritage in accordance with established policies and regulations
• Manage courses and learning activities in arts workshops
• Manage cultural and artistic performances within and outside the campus
• Coordinate collaboration with Faculties/Centres/Colleges conducting cultural and artistic programmes

TRAINING AND ACTIVITIES UNIT

• Coordinate continuous incentives in the form of cultural development training such as camps, workshops, and annual inductions for cultural cluster clubs and associations
• Coordinate advisory services regarding the organization of cultural programmes by MPF clubs/associations, colleges, as well as programmes organized by BHEP and UPM
• Coordinate expert advisory services from cultural artists with skills and experience in the field of arts and culture
• Prepare articles and news reports on cultural cluster activities for BHEP official social media platforms
• Accompany students participating in cultural programmes
• Assist in the management of the establishment of clubs and associations under the cultural cluster
• Assist in managing participation fees for clubs and associations participating in competitions or cultural activities
• Assist in coordinating the appointment of speakers and trainers for clubs and associations
• Assist in managing the e-merit system for clubs/associations/MPF under the cultural cluster
