• Manage PTJ finances and Student Trust Fund finances
• Manage the finances of HEPA entities that utilize student trust accounts
• Coordinate general administration such as correspondence, file and document management, security, and office space management
• Manage and coordinate matters related to MyPortfolio, KPI, SKT, and risk management
• Manage human resource development including staffing, services, training, leave, facilities, and related matters

• Manage and coordinate infrastructure and facility development

• Manage matters related to Putra Food Court
