ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF AIESEC CLUB, UNIVERSITI PUTRA MALAYSIA, SESSION 2025/2026

INTODUCTION

AIESEC in UPM is one of the Full Status Local Committee in Malaysia under affiliate of AIESEC. AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national, ethnic or social origin.

OBJECTIVES OF AIESEC CLUB

• To provide exposure and opportunities for UPM students to engage in community activities involving international community service.
  
  
• To help form a group of students who can collaborate, possess a spirit of volunteerism, maintain a positive attitude, and are able to embrace noble values effectively.
  
  
• To build self-confidence through leadership development, personal appearance, character, and high self-identity, which are valuable qualities for students in facing current challenges

"We enable young people to develop their leadership through learning from practical experiences in challenging environments. We do this through cross-cultural exchanges and by creating these opportunities. Can you imagine what happens to the world when we engage and develop every young person? This is the question that drives us as we strive to achieve our vision of peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential."
