ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF THE COUNCIL MEMBERS OF THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL (PEMAJU) SESSION 2025/2026

INTRODUCTION

The Engineering Student Association (PEMAJU) is one of the Faculty Student Associations that have been registered under the Student Affairs Division (BHEP), Universiti Putra Malaysia. This association has been active in increasing the involvement of students in various activities that are often organized since its inception. PEMAJU has improved the soft skills of each student in the Faculty of Engineering throughout the four years of study at Universiti Putra Malaysia to prepare them to face the world of life after graduation. There are nine (9) clubs registered under PEMAJU namely Civil Engineering Students Club (CESC), Chemical Engineering Students' Society (ChESS), Malaysian Society Agricultural And Food Engineering (MSAE-SC), Computer and Communication System Engineering (CCSE), Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Club (M2EC), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Student Branch (IEESB), Aerospace Engineering Club (AEROS), Process and Food Engineering Club (PROFEC) and UPM Robotics Club. Among PEMAJU's highest achievements is getting the 2018/2019 Session 2018/2019 Putra Ikon Putra Award, which is the first place under the Faculty Student Association category.

OBJECTIVE

PEMAJU plays a role in looking after the welfare and affairs of Faculty of Engineering students.
Cooperate with the faculty in managing the administration.
Organizing activities that can have a positive impact on the self-development of students.
Become a channel for students and management to convey information or problems.
