Application for Sponsor's Confirmation Letter

Sponsorship Information Verification Application

Applications can be submitted to the Welfare Management Section, Student Affairs Division (BHEP) by meeting the following conditions:

  • Complete the application form with accurate information.
  • If the information is incomplete, a notification notice will be sent via the student's official email (nomatrik@student.upm.edu.my)

 

Sponsorship information verification application procedure

1) The application form can only be accessed after the student logs in to the official UPM student google account (nomatrik@student.upm.edu.my) by using UPMID to ensure the security of student information. Please ensure you are logged into the intended account to ensure you have access to the relevant form.

2) Please complete all information accurately.

3) Once the application has been successfully submitted, the student will receive a notification email to confirm that the student's application information has been recorded and you are not allowed to submit the same application a second time to avoid duplication of information.

4) This section will process the application within 3 working days and send the application to the student's official email or the student can come to BHEP to pick up the application letter.
