The Cekak Ustaz Hanafi Silat Association UPM (PSSCUHUPM) is a club under the umbrella of the Cekak Ustaz Hanafi Silat Association of Malaysia.
This silat art was genuinely practiced and organized by the late Ustaz Hanafi Bin Haji Ahmad, including the methods of teaching, concepts, philosophy, principles, spiritual values, and the overall approach.
This martial art was practiced by the royal family and senior warriors in the State of Kedah Darul Aman during the reign of Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin (1854–1879). The late Ustaz Hanafi Bin Haji Ahmad learned this silat from the late Encik Yahya Bin Said. A new era began for this silat when it was revived by Ustaz Hanafi Bin Haji Ahmad, who provided new spirit and approaches, successfully elevating the dignity and prominence of Cekak Silat as a movement capable of contributing to society.
Cekak Silat has managed to attract various segments of society, including professionals.
Currently, the Cekak Ustaz Hanafi Silat Association of Malaysia is led by Encik Marwi Bin Latif as the Chief Instructor of Hanafi Cekak Silat.
