On 27–28 December 2021, Universiti Putra Malaysia deployed 63 volunteers, including students and staff, to several flood-affected areas in Pahang. The locations covered over the two-day mission included Taman Mentakab Indah, Kampung Batu Kapor, Perumahan Awam Kos Rendah, Bukit Rangin Aman, Paya Besar, and Teluk Mahang in Kuantan.

The volunteer activities involved cleaning the homes of students affected by the floods and distributing food aid to local residents. Among those who joined the mission were Prof. Dr. Roslan bin Sulaiman, UPM Vice-Chancellor; En. Zuhaimi Abd Rahman, Director of UPM Islamic Centre; En. Shahriman Hashim, Head of Administration at the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni); and En. Nuruliman Ibrahim, Head of the UPM Student Affairs Division.
