Starting from 1st March 2024, all vehicle requests (MPV, van, and bus) under the supervision of the Student Affairs Division must be made online using the applicant’s UPM-ID through the PUTRALiner system on the Putra ASIS portal http://asis.upm.edu.my
All applications must be accompanied by supporting documents as specified in the PUTRALiner System and verified by the approving officer no later than seven (7) working days before the date of use.
Applicants will be notified of approval no later than three (3) days before the date of use. After the service is provided, all users must complete an evaluation before the next application can be made.
