SERDANG, 22 September 2025 – The MEGA 2025 Organizational Enhancement Camp, organized by the Student Affairs Division (BHEP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), was successfully held from 18 to 22 September 2025 at Dewan Putra 2, Kolej Dua Belas, UPM.

The five-day program gathered student leaders from the Student Representative Council (MPP), Faculty Representative Council (MPF), College Representative Council (MPK), as well as various registered associations and clubs under UPM. The camp aimed to strengthen students’ identity, enhance leadership skills, and reinforce teamwork in managing their respective organizations.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in a variety of beneficial activities, including group training sessions, organizational management workshops, motivational talks with invited speakers, and outdoor activities emphasizing discipline, integrity, and teamwork. These activities not only sharpened participants’ abilities in planning and management but also fostered stronger networks and camaraderie among student leaders at different levels.

According to the organizers, the exposure gained from this program is expected to provide valuable knowledge and experience for participants to carry out their leadership responsibilities at the faculty, college, and university levels. It also aims to cultivate a student organizational culture that is excellent, dynamic, and competitive.

The MEGA 2025 Organizational Enhancement Camp is hoped to continue as a platform for nurturing students’ character, leadership, and professionalism, in line with UPM’s vision of producing high-quality graduates who excel in both academics and leadership.
