Serdang – On January 6th and 9th, 2025, the Student Affairs Division (BHEP) conducted both a Vehicle Management Enhancement Workshop and an Annual Report Workshop at the Foyer Taklimat Serdang. The Annual Report Workshop focused on refining the writing and reporting of BHEP’s 2024 program implementation. This initiative underscores BHEP’s commitment to producing comprehensive, high-quality documentation that accurately reflects the positive impact generated for the university community.

Annual reports are crucial documents that record an organization’s achievements, challenges, and implemented initiatives. For BHEP, the 2024 annual report is essential for presenting a compelling narrative of the division’s successes and contributions to university development. Consequently, the workshop was designed to ensure the resulting report is accurate, concise, and easily comprehensible. Participants included Section Heads, Unit Heads, and BHEP. staff. Their presence was vital to ensuring the input and information provided were comprehensive and covered all aspects of program implementation.

The Vehicle Management Enhancement Workshop, on the other hand, was specifically designed to drive transformation and strengthen vehicle management within BHEP. Attended by the Heads of the Vehicle Management Sections and Units, this workshop aimed to elevate the quality of vehicle services, particularly to meet the needs of university staff and students.

Effective vehicle management is a critical component of ensuring smooth operations within BHEP. It plays a key role in providing efficient and effective logistical support to the university community. Therefore, the workshop was viewed as a proactive step to identify new strategies and reinforce existing management systems.
