The formation of ethical values among students is an important aspect of developing balanced and integrity-driven human capital. In the context of higher education, student leadership activities serve as a key platform that not only develops management and communication skills, but also functions as a medium for shaping character and strong ethical values. Through active involvement in student organizations, individuals are exposed to various situations that require moral judgment, responsibility, and the ability to make ethical decisions.

Student leadership activities such as association committees, student representative councils, and volunteer programs provide opportunities for students to practice values such as trustworthiness, honesty, and accountability.
