SECTION OF LEADERSHIP & SELF-IDENTITY

  • Monitoring Student Union in the Student Activity Approval process.
  • Coordinating the affairs of the Student Union Parliament Committee.
  • Coordinating campus election affairs (JPMPP).
  • Managing the participation of MPPs involved in joining external UPM invitation programs (government/private agencies and ad-hoc programs).
  • Managing continuous programs related to activities such as Student Union Parliament, Campus Elections, MPP Induction Course, Student Podcast slots, and others.
  • Managing student activity approvals. Managing the e-merit system. Managing student financial claims.

ASSOCIATION & CLUB EMPOWERMENT UNIT

  • Managing student associations and clubs including the implementation of Annual General Meetings and activity reporting.
  • Managing the implementation of the Student Organization Strengthening Camp (KPO).
  • Managing the registration, amendments, and dissolution of associations and clubs.
  • Managing the appointment of association and club advisors.
  • Managing facilities and equipment loans at Astaka Seni.
  • Managing and coordinating activities of the UPM International Student Association.
  • Managing continuous programs related to leadership training programs (modules and others).
  • Managing the participation and accompanying of students involved in joining external UPM invitation programs (government/private agencies and ad-hoc programs).
  • Monitoring Astaka Seni's infrastructure. Managing AGM and establishment of clubs/associations.
  • Empowering clubs/associations in various programs based on 11 clusters namely Self-Defense Art, Sports And Recreation, Leadership, Creative, Entrepreneurship, Spiritual, Cultural, Welfare, Faculty, College, Holistic Student.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT UNIT

  • Planning, implementing and monitoring talent enhancement and recognition programs (innovation, culture, arts, and public speaking) for students.
  • Designing, developing, coordinating, and evaluating talent enhancement guidelines.
  • Coordinating the organization of talent development activities such as debate competitions, poetry competitions, zapin competitions, drama competitions, theater competitions, nasyid competitions, bollynatch competitions, and others.
