The Student Affairs Division is one of the PTJs listed to conduct an audit by SIRIM for the category of Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO / IEC 27001: 2013. The scope seen by the auditors is the New Student Registration Process for the 2020/2021 session. Apart from BHEP, PTJs from Za’ba Priests College and Seventeen College are also listed to participate in the audit by SIRIM for the same scope as all three PTJs are under the Serdang Campus Undergraduate New Student Registration Team.

Auditor from SIRIM, namely Puan Nur Aisya Mohd Zamri as the Chief Auditor of ISMS expressed satisfaction with the cooperation given by the three PTJs during the audit session. This audit process is also assisted by several other PTJs such as the Admission Division and the Academic Governance Division, iDEC and also the CQA. The results of this process found that each PTJ has successfully complied with the information security features contained in the Information Security Guidelines and no findings or inconsistencies were identified during the audit.
