Panggilan Video Dibuat secara berkala
UPM, April, 17 2020 - Universiti Putra Malaysia is always concerned about the welfare of the students, both on and off campus. Beside the continuous effort on providing food and counselling to needy students who are living away from their families, the UPM administration has also taken the initiative to conduct a video-call interactions with their parents.
The first virtual interaction was conducted by YBhg. Prof. Dr. Mohd Roslan Sulaiman, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Student Affairs and Alumni (HEPA) with several parents over a video call at a meeting room in Za'ba College.
Through a video call with the HEPA Administrative Chief and the student living on the campus, YBhg. Prof. Dr. Mohd. Roslan Sulaiman explained the situation and initiatives of UPM management to students living on campus throughout the period of Restriction Movement Order (RMO).The interaction session also provided Parents an opportunity to ask questions about the current situation in UPM as well as their children's situation.
Hopefully, these regular interaction sessions will help relieve and reduce parental anxiety for their children who are unable to return due to Restriction movement orders and can further strengthen UPM management relationships with parents.
