H.E.P.A STRATEGIC PLAN 2021 – 2023

The development of the H.E.P.A Strategic Plan, 2021-2023, aims to support the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025 and the Malaysian Education Development Plan 2015-2025 (Higher Education), especially on student aspiration & holistic development of graduates.

In this regard,  the objectives of the H.E.P.A. Strategic Plan 2021-2023 are the primary reference for all entities of the  Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student and Alumni Affairs) to lead the direction of student management in line with the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025.

The H.E.P.A. action plan framework 2021-2023 also implements programs related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) agenda to raise students' awareness of global issues and challenges such as poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, education and justice. The HEPA entity is committed to this SDG goal and has taken proactive steps to implement the SDG strategy through the H.E.P.A. Strategic Plan 2021-2023.

The H.E.P.A. Strategic Plan 2021-2023 also aims to drive better quality work value practices for all entities and staff of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor's Office (Student and Alumni Affairs) in line with UPM's Core Values, namely Ihsan, Diversity and Sustainability.
