Greetings from The Head of Student Affairs Division

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Greetings.

On this occasion, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the trust that has been placed in me to lead the Student Affairs Division (BHEP) of Universiti Putra Malaysia, effective 3 November 2025. This appointment is a significant responsibility that I accept with strong determination and discipline, in order to ensure that BHEP continues to function as a key driver of student development within the University.

In line with the University’s strategic direction, BHEP is committed to going beyond conventional boundaries to further strengthen the University’s reputation. The Division’s primary focus is to ensure that student development is implemented holistically, encompassing leadership, character building, welfare, graduate employability, and overall campus well-being.

I would also like to extend my highest appreciation to the former Head of the Student Affairs Division for the visionary leadership and significant contributions rendered throughout the tenure of service. This legacy of competent leadership forms a strong foundation that will continue to be strengthened to ensure that BHEP remains relevant, progressive, and responsive to the evolving needs of the higher education ecosystem.

In closing, I hope that all members of BHEP will be efficient in implementation and proactive in addressing every challenge. This integrated commitment is vital in realising the aspirations of Universiti Putra Malaysia, Berilmu Berbakti, towards producing high-quality graduates who are capable of contributing meaningfully to national development.
