Serdang, March 18, - KRT Seri Serdang invites the UPM Student Affairs Division at the Muhibbah Invitation Program in conjunction with their Chinese New Year held on 17 March 2018 at the Rukun Tetangga Center, Taman Seri Serdang. The program was held to celebrate residents in Seri Serdang neighborhood in conjunction with Chinese New Year 2018. The program attended by more than 100 residents also received the welcome of the Malays and Indians in this neighborhood.

The program, which began with the traditional event - Yee Sang, was also celebrated with various events such as the Chinese New Year singing Ceremony of Seri Serdang Chinese Community, the Naga Dance Performance by Seri Serdang Kindergarten and the Wushu performance by UPM's Zhong Hua Society. Seri Serdang KRT chairman, Amil Mohamad, in his speech was very pleased with the presence of UPM representatives in this program. "What is shown today is something that we need to seed and in the hope that it will be maintained so that all parties will benefit from the agreement today," he said

Meanwhile, the UPM also hopes that bilateral relations between UPM and Serdang KRT will be fully utilized. "With this link, UPM and Seri Serdang KRT can share information and to ensure UPM students who are in the Serdang KRT neighborhood benefit from this collaboration," said Encik Azlan bin Ibrahim, representing UPM in the program. In the program, donations were also given to seniors who were the basic needs materials donated by Seri Serdang KRT.
